Taxes: The State of New Jersey imposes a 16.625% tax on all UV tanning services which are included in our UV tanning prices.
EFT Membership Guidelines
At Endless Summer Tanning Salon, we offer VIP E-Club membership as a convenient and cost-effective way to maintain your glow year-round. Below are the full details of our EFT membership policies.
📅 Monthly Billing
• Your membership is automatically billed on the same date each month to the card or account on file.
• All EFT memberships require a minimum commitment of six (6) consecutive billing cycles.
• After completing the initial 6-month commitment, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis until we receive written notice to cancel.
Your price will never increase as long as you are active and in good standing
❌ Cancellation Policy
• You may cancel your membership at any time after completing six billing cycles with a 30-day written notice.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing,in person at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
• If you choose to cancel before completing the initial 6-month commitment, a $99 early termination fee will apply.
🧊 Freeze Policy
• After completing your initial 6-billing cycle commitment, you may freeze your membership for just $5/month.
• A freeze allows you to keep your membership active and avoid any re-enrollment or increase while pausing your tanning sessions.
• Memberships must be frozen in writing
• You can freeze your membership and reactivate it at anytime by just stopping by. Note : this will be your new billing date going forward
• Note: Time spent on freeze does not count toward the original 6-month minimum commitment.
💳 Payment Issues
• If a payment is declined or missed, we will notify you and attempt to collect payment. A late fee may apply for failed payments.
• Continued failed billing may result in suspension or termination of your membership and could affect future enrollment.
🔄 Changing Membership Type
• Upgrades or changes to your membership level are welcome!
• Please visit us in person or contact us directly to adjust your membership. Changes will take effect with the next billing cycle.
