No enrollment Fees,  20%discount on all lotion bottles. Billed monthly to your credit card.  Late payments /insufficient or declined charges will be imposed a fee of $15. Monthly freeze charge of $5. max of 2 months per calendar year. Auto billing will continue automatically, you may cancel in writing providing 30 days notice after initial  commitment. All requests must be presented in writing with 30 days notice.  Early termination fees apply.
